1. NO registrations will be accepted without ALL registration requirements provided at the time of sign-up.
Requirements are:
Two identical wallet size pictures
(must display facial features and have been taken during this year)
CurrentCity of St. Petersburg Resident Card
(can be obtained at your local City of St. Petersburg Recreation/Community Center)
Copy of birth certificate
(that the organization can keep)
- If you played for LJS last year, you are NOT required to submit a birth certificate.
- If you are new to LJS and registering for the Midget tackle division, you must provide your original birth certificate (for viewing and maintaining a copy)
2. All football & cheerleading equipment from prior season MUST be returned prior to this season’s registration.
3. No exceptions will be made for anyone
Flag Division – the same rules apply that are indicated above (the age requirement is 4-6 years old)
